Downloads

Some products are only available for download and will never be sent in any physical form to the customer. These products will be available for paid customers for a varying amount of time and varying numbers of downloads.

Your pack shipment

For now, we only ship in the 50 states of the USA, small orders fitting in an envelope can be send internationally on very rare occasions.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS drop-off without signature. Please allow more time for special orders as manufacturing delays may apply.

Larger orders might ship via UPS or Fedex depending on client choice.

Custom orders will only ship after the customer approves every details via electronic communication with a maximum of 5 changes.

Shipping fees are waived for orders under 5 oz. Transport fees may vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Chalkeia cannot and will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. 

Boxes/envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected, "Do not bend" stickers are applied on envelopes when required.

Returns

All sales on vinyl and sticker products are deemed final, returns must be authorized and are at customer expenses with a 30% restocking fee.

All sales on electronic products are deemed final, there will be no refund on downloaded products.

All other sales are subject to return approval within the period of warranty.

Proofs of good faith such as pictures might be required in order to proceed to any return. User misuses or mishandling will not be covered by the warranty.

Due to the nature of the products sold on this website, we put most of the effort in quality control. Should an item arrive deteriorated, please get in touch with us so we can find the most appropriate solution.
